Imperial CIFS-50 Single Tank Gas Fryer

Four high efficiency cast iron tube-fired burners provide a large heat transfer area for a fast recovery, rated at 140,000 BTU/hr. (41 KW) Tubes are precision welded on the outside of the frypot for added durability.

Welds are robotically welded for consistency. With stainless steel frypot, front, sides, door, stub back, and basket hanger, it makes this piece of equipment hard wearing and long lasting.

27 Litre stainless steel frypots with radius formed edges & 6" (152) stainless steel legs with non-marking feet, plate mounted for secure support and durability.
Two large nickel-plated wire mesh fry baskets with ergonomic, polyurethane coated handles for safe handling and prevention of burns or scalding.

A unique baffle and deflectors inside the tubes diffuse heat to the tube wall to ensure even heat with a snap acting thermostat has a 200oF - 400oF (93oC - 204oC) temperature range allows for accurate temperature measurements.

A Millivolt temperature control circuit also allows for accurate temperature measurements with a 100% safety shut-off valve if the equipment breeches the maximum temperature for user safety.

Large cool zone & a fine mesh crumb screen captures food particles and keeps them from carbonizing in the fry zone, which makes your oil last longer and give you consistent cooking results.

This unit has a 11/4" (32) full port ball valve for quick draining, making it easy to clean down the machine at the end of service.
