The FRIXAIR by Nemox is designed to prepare appetisers, entrées, main courses, and desserts quickly and easily. Simply add your ingredients to the 180ml bowl and freeze them to 20C. It is well known as an outstanding professional ice cream machine, but is also ideal for making mousses, sorbets, sauces, soups, cocktails and hors d'oeuvres.

FRIXAIR is very fast and easy to operate and here’s how to use it:
● Put your ingredients into the single serving [180 mL (6 fl oz)] plastic bowl
● Store the bowl in a freezer at a temperature of 20°C (4°F) and deep freeze the ingredients
● Place the bowl in the FRIXAIR, push ‘START’, and within 2 minutes the produce will have the desired effect and texture (for a quicker 1 minute cycle, push ‘FAST’)

The result is an incredibly creamy and velvety preparation, set at the perfect temperature, which actually enhances the flavour! FRIXAIR also features a rinsing function, which saves time when cleaning the blade between the use of similar ingredients.
