This Gelato 5 Plus 5K Twin Machine is equipped with sophisticated software which automatically manages its functions and produces tasty gelato.
In addition to the normal manual function, the operator also boasts4 specific production programmes to produce either gelato classico, semi-soft ice cream, granita or shock freezing. These automatic programs make the machine completely autonomous ensuring nothing but thebest results, leaving the operator free to focus on other tasks.
This makes the Gelato 5 Plus the perfect addition to any professional catering establishment. It also features a drain valve that makes the process ofcleaning the machine extremely easy, a stainless steel blade AISI 304 with adjustable scrapers for completeversatility and a magnetic safety device so that when the lid is lifted, the paddle stops automatically.
